Exercise, though as I grow older and my body begins to break down at a faster rate than normal, I'm pretty much limited to a few basic movements.

Favorite Movies

Anything with a compelling story and believable character motivations. Also, no musicals (yuck!).

Some examples are: The 13th Warrior, Robocop (the original), The Hateful Eight, Predator (again, the original), and LotR.

Favorite TV Series

Season 1 of True Detective, and West World; otherwise it's Rick and Morty, Solar Opposites, The Amazing World of Gumball, Next Generation, and Mind Hunter, to name a few...

Favorite Books

LotR (obviously!), Dune, and anything true crime or else novelized history. Think: Killers of the Flower Moon, or Kingdom of the Summer Moon, or Black Elk Speaks, or Chaos, or King Leopold's Ghost, etc, etc.

Favorite Writers

Jeff Somers, Stephen King, GRRM, David Gemmel, David Eddings, and Dean Koontz, to name a few...

Favorite Games

Scrabble, Smash Bros., chess, Skyrim, and really anything immersive and open world.
